With Cambro’s latest insulated transport cart, the Pro Cart Ultra™, the operator now has the ultimate flexibility to hold a wide variety of hot and cold menu items, in the same cart, at the same time, offering much savings in the form of labor and equipment cost. Electrical models are available in various combinations of hot and cold configurations for either of the two compartments, with hot cycling between 150°F to 165°F (65,5° to 74°C), and thermoelectric cold adjustable from 32.5°F to 40°F (0,3° to 4,4°C). Even unplugged, the cart can hold safe temperatures for 4+ hours, thanks to the thick CFC-free polyurethane insulation throughout. Non-electrical carts are also available.
The cart features seven pairs of universal, adjustable stainless steel rails per compartment to conveniently hold GN food pans, sheet pans, trays and large pizza boxes. With its magnetic quick-close feature, busy foodservice operators simply need to nudge the door shut and latch the four sturdy nylon latches for transport. The cart also features a 5”x8” menu pocket for identifying content or routing information and comes standard with 6”x2” Heavy-Duty casters, two swivel with brakes in front and two rigids in the back, for easy navigation and smooth positioning.
The Pro Cart Ultra, with its ability to hold dual temperatures simultaneously along with its flexibility in holding a wide variety of products, makes it the only cart you will ever need for your operation.
