Modern manufacturing in America began in the early 1780s with American inventor Oliver Evans when built the first automated flour mill. More than 200 years later, American manufacturing has become a major contributor to the economy in the US. The building brothers Argyle and William Campbell used to open Cambro Manufacturing in 1951 in Huntington Beach, Calif., is still in operation today. After more than 70 years in business, we are proud to still make 99% of the products ordered in the US in our California and North Carolina facilities. How much do you know about American-made goods?
