Catersource 2017 is just around the corner and this year the excitement is brewing in New Orleans! Caterers from all over the world will be visiting this historic city on March 14-15 to learn about the latest culinary trends and techniques as well as to see the newest catering equipment and supplies to hit the market.

This year Cambro is excited to be previewing a revolutionary mobile transport cart capable of holding hot and cold, in the same cart, at the same time—the Pro Cart Ultra™. Also at booth #1001 will be two new compact carriers—one for food pans (UPC300), and one designed for both food pans as well as sheet pans/trays (1318CC).

To pair up with our new cart and carriers we’ll also be showcasing new High-Heat X-Pans™, food pans capable of handling oven and other high heat applications up to 375°F.

And because we all know that service is a crucial component of great catering, we will be introducing our new EpicTread™ Tray, a lightweight and modern looking non-skid tray that can be personalized both front and back, great for serving hors d’oeuvres and for barside service.

With all of these products to see, a visit to the Cambro booth will surely be a smart move for caterers attending the tradeshow.
