Earlier this month, we opened Delta, a brand new 433,537 square foot distribution center in Huntington Beach, Calif. to increase efficiency and improve service. While its main purpose is the central warehouse for Cambro, activities at Delta include fulfilling sample requests, shipping replacement parts, and providing product to regional distribution facilities around the world. Additionally, we designed a 10,023 square foot tower to house our marketing department and a state of the art training center.
Originally written in 2015, this blog has out-performed everything that’s been written since. We relaunched our Business of the Week feature to help support local businesses during the coronavirus pandemic. Since then, we’ve been thrilled to shine a light on local businesses across the world! Located in Battle Ground, Wash., Rocky’s Pizza & “R” Bar has been making pizza with handmade dough, signature sauces and fresh toppings sliced daily for 45 years.
In December 2021, Deloitte surveyed 1,000 consumers who had dined in a restaurant in at least September to get a fresh take on their attitudes and perspectives around food safety in restaurants. One of the most interesting stats found was that 55% of customers said they would pay a higher check size—between 10% and 50% more—to know about the safety and cleanliness that surround food preparation and transport.”
