When it comes to Big Macs, bigger is definitely better. Unlike traditional French-style macarons that people typically see, Big Macs features super “thick” Korean-style macarons, also called “Fatcarons.” When you see them, you understand why. While macrons are typically very plain and simple, owner Jennifer Hoffman injects bright colors and creative designs into her gigantic treats. Shaped like Hello Kitty, perplexed ice cream cones and Pokemon, you can’t help but smile when you see the imaginative Fatcarons Hoffman comes up with.
