Located in San Antonio, owner Anthony Cubit makes classics like beef brisket, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese and potato salad in addition to Smoke Ring King BBQ fan favorites like nachos and sweet potatoes topped with pulled pork. It’s not enough that Cubit’s food tastes great, he also uses it to do good in his community. Cubit and his family have been featured in the news for their work feeding the homeless and those impacted by natural disasters. We hear he once gave away wood that he chopped himself!
