The 2015 Catersource Show was a great opportunity to connect with new and existing catering customers. The event drew several thousand people to Las Vegas and between the educational sessions, evening events, and exhibit floor, it packed a lot to see and do in just a few days.
Cooking competitions are all the rage and in 2015, not only was the DICED Competition back but it had company in the form of the Rapid Recipe Challenge. Cambro products were there to help all the Chefs in both competitions. Here’s a look at each competition in photos.
The DICED 2015 winning team was Team ICA composed of Chef Elgin Wood from A Joy Wallace and Paul Larson from Blue Plate Catering!
The winning teams for the Rapid Recipe Challenge were:
Appetizers: Adam Gooch, Exec Chef of Treesdale Golf and Country Club
Entrees: Eric Barnachea Exec Chef, Catered Too
Desserts: Bonnie Kravitz, Pastry Chef, Daniel et Daniel
The Cambro Booth was an activity hub throughout the show with hundreds of visitors getting hands-on with a wide variety of products from shelving to food transport to warewashing and many more!
