When we reviewed the entries for this year’s Sweet Experiment contest, we had no idea we’d find ourselves overwhelmed with so many creative ways to use our Cambro Mini Dessert Glasses.
So many great ideas – from Chocolate Mousse to Maple Bacon Donut Shooters to Parfaits! Here are just some of the entries.
But there can only be one winner in this contest and that is Andrew Schneider from Wisconsin – his creations: a couple of different verrines. One is called Kir Royale. It is a red fruit preserve, champagne gelee, almond cake, and cassis cream. The second, is a verrine with vanilla pound cake, apricot compote, and marscapone mousse.
