Constructed with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carriers are durable and able to retain hot or cold temperatures for at least 4 hours without electricity.

- Gentle, non-radiant heat allows you to safely maintain food temperatures between 150˚ F (65,6˚ C) to 165˚ F (73,9˚ C) with the capability of adjusting temperatures from 70˚ F (21˚ C) to 185˚ F (85˚ C).
- Not only can electric Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carriers heat up from room temperature to 165˚ F (73,9˚ C) in 15 minutes, it only takes 20 seconds to recover after losing temperature.
- Thermoelectric cooling technology is adjustable from 32.5˚ F (0.28˚ C) to 70˚ F (21˚ C) without the use of a compressor. Models PCU800 and PCU1000 recover in 23 seconds* while the PCU2000 model recovers in 30 seconds.*
