This recipe will yield approx 25 mini desserts!
Ingredients:
- 5 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 80 grams of granulated sugar
- 200 grams of lady fingers
- 500 grams of Mascarpone cheese
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 cup of espresso
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 slice of lemon
